In Greene County magistrate court magistrate Eric Neu presided over a trial Aug. 13 in which Eric William Chrystal of Jefferson was found not guilty of harassment-third degree and disorderly conduct. The charges were dismissed with costs assessed to the state.
A charge of theft of services- third degree aiding and abetting against Tyler James Alberts of Clinton was dismissed Aug. 6 “in the interest of justice.” A judgment for $131.52 was entered against Alberts.
Identical judgments were entered against David Michael Cannon and Sherry Ann Cannon, both of Grand Junction and both charged with disorderly conduct. The judgments were for a $65 fine with a $22.75 surcharge.
A judgment for a $100 fine with a $35 surcharge was entered Aug. 13 against Tara Jo Surrell of Jefferson on a charge of assault-simple.
Court costs were $60 unless otherwise specified.
